Kerionics ceramic-membranes technology of generation of hydrogen and oxygen for your industry

KERIONICS is a Technological Base Company, Spin Off of the Institute of Chemical Technology (ITQ), founded in 2014, dedicated to the industrial development and commercialisation of an innovative system to produce highly energy-efficient and compact designs of industrial solid-oxide-based stacks for hydrogen and oxygen production for direct integration in process industry, e.g. Power-to-Chemical process. Its principal activity is the R&D in the field of chemical engineering and ceramic technology, as well as the later exploitation of its own developments.

KERIONICS arises from the need of exploitation of the scientific achievements obtained in the field of the ceramic advanced materials and catalysis, which have been developed during more than 18 years in the ITQ, an internationally reputed joint research center of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and the University Polytechnic of Valencia-Spain (UPV).

The company is allocated in Torrent, Valencia-Spain, in a rented industrial unit at the Industrial Estate Mas del Jutge, in the street Dels Ferrers nº 9, where it is held the development and the manufacturing process of ceramic membranes and stacks.
